Having spent a week with the beast, I can state that commercial disaster is certainly not where the Rocket III is heading. It's far to good for that. Far too good. How good? Well , the following truths I now hold to be self - evident.......  You can punt the Rocket III through 65km/h bends at 100km and not touch a peg You can punt it through those same bends at 140, with your heart in your mouth and the pegs gouging excellent trails through the bitumen, and you'll be just fine. That whole 20.3kg-m torque thing is no joke. Crack the throttleat 2000rpm in any gear, and I mean ANY gear, and see if you've got time to laugh It can be ridden at 1000rpm in fifth (top) so cleanly, smoothly and non-jerkily that other big bike builders should weep in shame. Downshifting into fourth to pass things is pointless, but incredible fun. Downshifting into 3rd to pass things is even more pointless, but even more fun It has more road presence than any other three bikes put together The brakes seriously work
